Recreational Dance

Nancy Rubin Performing Arts and the teachers pride themselves at being a place for all dancers. Your child's age and abilities will determine which class they are placed in. All Recreational Dance classes are held on Thursday from 5PM to 6PM.

All dancers will recieve training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Acro. All dancers will also take part in our Winter and Summer Showcase performances.

At Nancy Rubin Performing Arts we believe in building each dancer up to be successful, no matter where life takes them outside of dance class. As part of this, our Elite Competition Dancers spend their off time mentoring the younger dancers. This means, teaching and assissting in classes, helping with costumes, hair, and makeup for performances, as well as other duties outside the classroom that help our study run smoothly. If you see out Elite dancers, say hello, they would love to get to know you and your dancer and help any way that they can.
